Arakan Army Urges MNDAA and TNLA to Cease Fire and Hold Talks, Says TNLA Spokesperson

The Arakan Army (AA) has urged MNDAA and TNLA, two of the three Northern Brotherhood allies currently engaged in armed conflict, to cease fire and hold discussions, according to TNLA spokesperson Lwe Yay Oo, who spoke to media outlets.
