The junta’s ground offensive is ongoing in Mutraw (Hpapun) Township, the territory of KNU Brigade 5, with junta aircraft air-dropping supplies to troops participating in the operation, according to Brigade 5 spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Saw Kler Doh.
